WELCOME TO OUR HOBBY OF AIRGUNNING
The upper dark red line on our heading represents the Path of a Air Gun Pellet during its time in flight.
The area shaded in red below that path represents the area of possible impact and the different shades of red represent the almost constant variable winds that each and every shooter must contend with and constantly evaluate, in order to hit the desired mark.
Thank you for your interest in our Organization which provides information on the Pacific Northwest Air Gunning World on upcoming, current and past events.
NWA is not a Club, but is an umbrella "Bulletin Board" site that coordinates and reports information about events at different Clubs within the North West Pacific Area.
The respective Clubs have the responsibility for management and regulating those events and reporting anything they desire to be published.
TRRC - Tacoma Rifle & Revolver Club is our “Main” Club where we hold our "Outdoor Season" Events (April - September) and is located in University Place, WA.
CCRP - Capital City Rifle and Pistol Club is also our “Main” Club where we hold "Indoor Season" Events (October - March) and is located close to Littlerock, WA.
IAFTC - IDAHO Field Target Club hosts PANSAL and numerous matches during the year. PANSAL is an annual desert adventure that we do participate in. The "Live Field Target" Event is held on BLM (Bureau of Land Management) property in the southwestern area of Idaho about 530 miles from home.
PANSAL - This is the Web Site covering all PANSAL Activities.
AARR - This is another, out of state, range that we participate in a few of their events.
Lack of attendance is mostly due to distance which is about 450 miles from home.
Wayne Burns has established this Field Target Club (with activities year round) and is the contact.
The range is located in Ashland, in the Southern part of Oregon just off the southbound side of Route 5.
He also holds Major Field Target Matches at Grants Pass such as Hosting the 2012 AAFTA Nationals.

A Shooter gets .5 points for participating in a match PLUS 1.0 points for winning in Field Target, Silhouette and Action Pistol since the scoring is not standard across the board.
Total points accumulated in Bench Rest will be added for
A maximum score total of all TRRC Matches divided by 18 TRRC matches held divided by 4 levels of rating =

John Calhoun is doing some research into a possible New NWA Program we MIGHT have next year..
We are undecided if it will be called "MBR" (Mobile Bench Rest")..........or........ "MFT" (Mobile Field Target).
DORY HAS ARRIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!
JD presents a Certificate of Appreciation to Mike Adams, Manager of Underwater Sports Dive Shop for Great Support given to the NWA, TRRC and CCRP Airgunning Community.
Also given was a check for $70.00 to purchase a Powder Blue Tang for the shops "Salt Water" Aquarium that has been named "DORY", after the character in the movie "Finding NEMO".
Those that contributed were Dave & Carole Brown, John Calhoun, JD Dodge, Harvey Gertson, Bob & Kay Gribble, John Mickel and Ted Miles.
JD contributed seperately for the, later to be purchased, Clown Fish, to be named "NEMO".
LATEST RANGE IMPROVEMENTS
To kick off 2015 we have made another enhancement to the range..........
We now have Brand New Target Stands that were built by Dave and Carole Brown with some assistance from myself.
These stands are strictly for Bench Rest Competition use.
The remainder of the "Old Crop" will continue as the "Daily Available Stands" and as they wear out they will be replaced, as well.
PLUS.......... The corners of the "Primary" range are clearly marked to help anyone to easily identify the maximum perimeter of the range to place target stands.
